PHC Scheduling is a uniquely designed portal built on a secure platform and maintained to ensure compliance. The purpose of this system is to record visit schedule information securely on the system and used to automatically map them on custom layout documents. The system will also upload the final output documents to cloud storage without manual intervention. The entire system is designed to reduce handwritten docuemnts and offload manual efforts.

The system can remotely generate input information and signatures onto customized PDF documents. We’ll integrate your custom layout (AO, PRN, ANNUAL, SOC, etc., tailored to your preferences) seamlessly with our portal.

The upgraded reporting system can generate case reports based on schedule status, payment status, time period, patient details, field supervisor, provider, and numerous other parameters.
